Made mine with Arrette Repo, Domaine de Canton, Hella Ginger bitters, and saline. A Margarita with subtle ginger notes: tastes exactly as you imagine it will. Which is great as far I--lover of Margaritas and of ginger--are concerned.
Made with Espolon reposado, and switched the lemon juice for yuzu as that flavor works well with ginger. Overall a very good drink; still recognizably a margarita, but with a lightly spicy twist from the ginger. Very enjoyable.
Another great variation of the margarita. The ginger provides a wonderful flavour. We had the cocktail with Mexican food, and it went perfect with the dinner.
