I really liked this, but you must love the taste of absinthe. If not, you will not like this cocktail. It is also one of those drinks that ages well and changes as it sits. May consider putting in a splash of water to quicken the process of it mellowing. May also add a few drop of orange bitters.

Forgot, would also substitute the Mandarine Napoleon with Grand Marnier. I felt the Mandarine Napoleon (which I love) was too mild a flavour and would need a stonger falvour to counter the Absinthe.
