Kevin Faccio, Barba Milano
Kevin's career in the hospitality world began early at the hotel school where he immediately found that he had a great passion for the profession.
After a couple of turbulent years he met some professors who pushed him to do his best, and from there he started a journey that led him to work for two seasons in a Grand hotel on the Romagna Riviera, to win a scholarship for an exchange with a hotel school in Nimes in France and the great experience of a season at the three-star Michelin restaurant 'dal Pescatore Santini' in Canneto sull'Oglio. At the end of these great experiences he decided to move to Milano, where he worked in two four-star structures as a bar manager and then landed at Barba.
