Glass: Highball
Garnish: Celery peel
Method: Shake first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling wine.

  • 45 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 22.5 ml Fake lime)
  • 15 ml Doping honey mix (chestnut honey & manzanilla sherry) )
  • 1 green Shiso leaf)
  • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters)
  • Top up with Franciacorta brut sparkling wine )
