Established by Daniel Szor, the Cotswolds Distillery is based on a five-acre site near the village of Stourton. The distillery produces gin and English whisky using locally grown organic barley malted at Warminster Maltings and mashed on-site for distillation in Scottish-made traditional copper pot stills.

The Cotswolds Distillery is situated in the stunning Cotswolds countryside, a rural escape of rolling hills and honey-stone villages.
Declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in the mid-20th century, the Cotswolds almost reaches 800 square miles, stretching across Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, ranging into parts of Somerset, Wiltshire and Warwickshire. An idyllic and rustic setting, the Cotswolds maintains a stunning and distinctive aesthetic due in part to the limestone architecture of its quaint villages and impressive estates.
