FantastIc drink. I used cherry pepper, extra cilantro, and a rim of jalapeño salt.
I thought it could be a little sweeter, so I tried a candied orange peel and found that to provide a nicer balance.
And a wee splash of extra mastic didn't hurt either. I think next time I will up it to 10ml mastic and use candied orange peel instead of the orange twist.

With a sprig of mint, this goes from a 5 to a 5+!
Used absinthe instead of pastis, was fantastic.
Delicious, but even better with a few sprigs of mint.
I made using Tequila Ocho repasando and Lagavulin 11 year and it was amazing.
It's like a protein maxxing French 75. Love it! ❤️
