2 fl oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
1 1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.

Method

  1. POUR wine and then elderflower liqueur into an ice-filled glass.
  2. TOP with soda.

Garnish

  1. Garnish with lime wheel.

In those proportions it tasted a bit sweet to me, so I added 5 ml of lemon juice and actually liked how it turned out.

Easy and straightforward. Can work with any kind of white wine. Perfect for a refreshing summer drink, perhaps even more than the Hugo because it's so much easier.
