Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
1 12 oz Elderflower liqueur
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime slice

How to make:

POUR wine and then elderflower liqueur into an ice-filled glass. TOP with soda (or champagne).

History:

Created in 2006 by yours truly ahead of the launch of St-Germain elderflower liqueur. It went on to become the brand's signature cocktail.

Works very well with M&S Elderflower Tonic Water and rather less of the St Germain.

In France a very similar drink is known as “le Hugo”
