would recommend making it with a sweeter vs dry light rum
I would reiterate the comment that I’d probably cut the simple in half - a bit sweet. Maybe even toss a dash of absinthe in the drink too above and beyond the rinse?
Ratio above probably meant for cold brew concentrate? That’s what I used and it was the right amount of coffee without it being overpowering
