Valiant effort, but in the end this just tastes like a cinnamon bomb. If you want to taste any of the other ingredients, I suggest limiting the cinnamon whiskey liqueur to about 1/2 to 3/4 oz. And the quantity of spirits is too much for a Nick & Nora glass - I suggest either a large cocktail glass or even a double old fashioned.
I was disappointed that I didn't like the bacon/bourbon taste enough to overlook the coating of bacon fat that remained on my tongue and lips after every sip. Not a bad drink, just not the totally awesome drink I was expecting.
Fantastic cocktail. I've also used orange curacao for a more bitter taste.
