Superb cocktail. Perhaps tastier than a margarita
This is superb. The maraschino adds an extra level of complexity.
Unlike the other comments I did use amara Lucano after buying a miniature bottle in Venice and it was a very well balanced, only slightly smoky drink with plenty of complexity.
This works really well. Lychee is quite subtle and blends perfectly with the ginger
