Fantastic Umami Cocktail! Great balance of ingredients Umami = “essence of deliciousness"

Awesome job Simon and Crew. Prior to the pandemic we could create very few cocktails. Your site has enabled us to enjoy the cocktail of the day, almost daily "Doctor does not like it " Humbug! Outside the box, if St.Nick passed this day, it would be 420 year's ago! We do not consume the products related, but it came to mind ?. Costing us a few dollars to enjoy your daily gift, although, very much worth it. Stay safe and well to all. ??

On the verge of a second lock down and not one's for shots, we amped up and topped up with 5ml of mezcal for the actual smokiness. Thanks to the prior post.

Thus, you and the crew are awesome. We became familiar with your informative site, in the beginning of the pandemic. Prior too, we had a vast supply of wine and beer, and a minimal supply of spirts /liqueus. Now, 50 + bottles. We have also made a different cocktail every day since the beginning of the pandemic. Now to rate them all!

Our first post since the PANDEMIC.
We had a total of 10 spirits, liqueurs and bitters prior to this grave situation.
Today we masked up and went to our LCBO in Ontario, Canada and purchased another new bottle...Apricot Brandy.
We made this cocktail and were shocked to hear that a city in Canada, named Paradise was engulfed with fire.
All said, was a good cocktail. Added the lemon for balance. Will have to try without.
