How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded & replaced with apricot wedge when in season).
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

History:
The Paradise Cocktail first appears in Harry McElhone's 1922 Harry's ABC of Mixing Cocktails as an equal parts dry gin, apricot brandy, and orange juice. It then reappears with a better formulation in Harry Craddock's 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book.
PARADISE COCKTAIL.

1 Dash Lemon Juice.
¼ Orange Juice.
½ Gin.
¼ Apricot Brandy.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
