Excellent - very palatable. Tweaked to make a touch more dry: 60ml Redbreast 12, 10ml of Giffard Apricot & 7.5ml simple.
Made the brandy variation with 50/50 Grand Marnier/Triple Sec in place of the Orange Curacao. A rich, smooth, boozy sipper. The variation worthy of it's own page.
