As a long standing member of this site, and a huge fan of Simon and his cocktails, I am somewhat demoralised to report that this is actually the worst and most unpleasant cocktail I have yet tasted. And I reckon I've made and consumed upward of a 1000, all taken from this site. It has notes of benylin and gripe water which shine through strongly. If you've ever sucked a dandelion stem, then you may remember the way your face would pucker up with the unpleasant sour tang of it. This cocktail replicates that feeling, perfectly. On a positive note, it looks utterly marvelous in a chilled martini glass. Then you taste it, and an angel dies in your mouth.

I think that is a bit harsh, it was more over ripe banana, pot pourri and a hint of soap.
