Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/12/2011

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Intriguing salty, floral and citrus nose with faint wafts of smoke and sticky doughy current buns with caramelised dark brown tops.

Taste:

Complex and tightly integrated salt 'n' pepper dusted vanilla and honey palate with generous malt and subtle floral flavours.

Aftertaste:

Spices linger on the slightly salty very long finish.
