Aparência:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Nubuck leather, butterscotch, freshly sawn oak and marzipan with pineapple, pear and lemon zest.

Sabor:

Sweet barley water and pear drops then dry toasty oak, almond and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Long. Leather, vanilla, pear and spice.

No geral:

A young whisky from a young distillery but with a maturity beyond its years. Dry chewy and spicy oak is balanced by sweet fruitiness.
