Dan Szor is the founder of the Cotswolds Distillery and this cask strength whisky comes from his favourite casks - shaved, toasted and re-charred American Oak red wine barriques. First released at the end of 2018.

Aparência:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Butterscotch, vanilla fudge, new leather, golden syrup and freshly sawn oak with dried fruit, almond butter and cacao. Water amplifies toffee notes.

Sabor:

Rich, fruity, spicy and intense. Water reveals butterscotch, ginger spice, cereal, dry toasty oak, vanilla fudge and cooked raspberry fruit.

Aftertaste:

Dry toasty oak, brazil nuts, zest lemon and raspberry jam.

No geral:

A young and intense whisky with butterscotch, dry toasty oak and raspberry fruit.
