An annually released navy strength gin made with Never Never's Triple Juniper process to produce a gin they describe as "an oiled up beast of a gin."
The juniper used is air-freighted to the distillery in Adelaide from North Macedonia immediately after harvest.

Appearance:
[sample bottle 2018 vintage] Crystal clear (although light louche with water)
Aroma:
Pungent piney juniper with damp wood-like angelica and black pepper spice.
Taste:
Bang! Intense piney juniper with sage, hop-like bitterness and enlivening black pepper spice. Attractive fruitiness from the juniper.
Aftertaste:
Piney juniper fest continues through the long finish.
Overall:
Juniper Freak promises and delivers an intensely juniper gin. So concentrated are the flavoursome juniper oils in this 58% alc./vol. gin that when water (or tonic is added) those oils drop out of suspension to cloud the drink. Be warned, a little of this intensely flavoured gin goes a long way in a G&T to the extent that you may want to consider using half your usual measure of gin. That is unless you're a Juniper Freak.
