25 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
35 ml | Hibiscus tea (cold) |
25 ml | Grapefruit juice (ruby red) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
25 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1 barspoon | Tamarind paste/purée |
