1 2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
1 1⁄2 oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
Garnish: Lemon wedge
POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass. Carefully pour cognac so it floats to form a gold layer over the clear soda and tonic. Add a wooden lollipop stick as the drinker should stir before enjoying.
