How to make

Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon wedge and lollipop stick stirrer.
Method
- POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Carefully pour brandy so it floats to form a gold LAYER over the clear soda and tonic.
Garnish
- Garnish with Lemon wedge on the rim and add a wooden lollipop stick so the drinker can stir before enjoying.

History
Created in April 2021 by yours truly, this builds on the Japanese "Sonic" (a combination of soda and tonic) with cognac surfing the bubbles.
