How to make:
POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass. Carefully pour cognac so it floats to form a gold layer over the clear soda and tonic. Add a wooden lollipop stick as the drinker should stir before enjoying.

History:
Created in April 2021 by yours truly, this builds on the Japanese "Sonic" (a combination of soda and tonic) with cognac surfing the bubbles.
