| 20 ml | Disaronno amaretto |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 5 drop | Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
