| 60 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 5 ml | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 4 barspoon | Persimmon marmalade/jam |
