1 1⁄2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1⁄6 fl oz Balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 pinch Black pepper
1 scoop Raspberry sorbet
1 fl oz Lillet Rouge
1 Splash Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
