Liked it very much but will also play around with ratios to reduce sweetness a little.
Beautiful! I’ve played around with this too… substituting good quality berry sorbet for the strawberries, and Lillet Servir Tres Frais for the creme de frais liqueur…
Replaces 4 Pillars with 1 part raspberry blush gin, 1 part dry gin and replaced rose petal liqueur with a splash of rose water
