Ingredients:
1 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
1 fl oz Peachtree peach schnapps
1/2 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Cold black breakfast tea

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Double old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Peach and bourbon are a match made in heaven, presented here with a touch of citrus (also classically great with black tea) and zesty orange. A classic pairing of harmonious flavours.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by William Little, a keen golfer from South Carolina, USA who was inspired to make an alcoholic version of an Arnold Palmer.
