How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

1 1/2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
3/4 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois |
1/6 fl oz | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
1 pinch | Black pepper |
2 1/2 fl oz | Brut Champagne |
