Ingredients:
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur
16 oz Balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 grind Black pepper
2 12 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Balsamic covered strawberry

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

Beautiful! I’ve played around with this too… substituting good quality berry sorbet for the strawberries, and Lillet Servir Tres Frais for the creme de frais liqueur…

Oh my. This is a surprisingly complex and delightful cocktail. For this English ex-pat it brought back fond memories of English beer. All that and a great cocktail too.
