3 fresh | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
3⁄4 oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
1⁄6 oz | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
1 grind | Black pepper |
2 1⁄2 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Balsamic covered strawberry
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
