How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
|3 fresh||Small ripe strawberries (hulled)|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|3/4 fl oz||Giffard Fraise des Bois|
|1/6 fl oz||Balsamic vinegar of Modena|
|1 pinch||Black pepper|
|2 1/2 fl oz||Brut Champagne|
