Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pineapple Syrup
16 oz Pineapple juice
6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters optional
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Review:

For the above recipe, depending on how ripe your pineapple/lime, you may want/need to add up to a spoonful of agave syrup. Naturally, I like to boost the pineapple complexity of this cocktail with a few drops of our Daiquiri Bitters.
