SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Vanilla and pepper seem to complement each other in a sweet and sour kind of way.

History:

Created in 2002 by yours truly (Simon Difford), London, England and originally somewhat dodgily named Pepper & Vanilla'tini. Incidentally, Pieprz i wanilia (which translates as Pepper and Vanilla) was a popular Polish television programme broadcast by TVP. This travel documentary program was broadcast for over 20 years with 300 episodes.
