Ingredients:
³⁄₄ oz	Absolut Vanilia Vodka
³⁄₄ oz	Absolut Peppar Vodka
¹⁄₂ oz	Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
¹⁄₂ oz	Licor 43 Original liqueur
³⁄₄ oz	Yellow bell pepper juice
¹⁄₄ oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of yellow pepper slice.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Garnish with strip of yellow bell pepper.

Vanilla and pepper seem to complement each other in a sweet and sour kind of way.

History:

Created in 2002 by yours truly and originally somewhat dodgily named Pepper & Vanilla'tini. Incidentally, Pieprz i wanilia (which translates as Pepper and Vanilla) was a popular Polish television programme broadcast by TVP. This travel documentary series was broadcast for over 20 years with 300 episodes.
