| 1/2 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Yellow bell pepper juice |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
How to make

Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of yellow pepper slice.
Method
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- Garnish with strip of yellow bell pepper.

History
Created in 2002 by yours truly and originally somewhat dodgily named Pepper & Vanilla'tini. Incidentally, Pieprz i wanilia (which translates as Pepper and Vanilla) was a popular Polish television programme broadcast by TVP. This travel documentary series was broadcast for over 20 years with 300 episodes.

Vanilla and pepper seem to complement each other in a sweet and sour kind of way.
