How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|2/3 fl oz||Mentzendorff Kümmel liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|

If you like Aviations then this caraway influenced sour may appeal. It's powerfully flavoured so also consider serving in an old-fashioned over ice to allow dilution to tame the flavours.
A modern variation is to substitute sambuca for kümmel.
