Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Peachtree Liqueur
1 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
3 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Serve with a straw.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.

Confession: I had to make this twice because the first time I forgot to add lime juice :)
This makes a great, light, summer drink. If you make it without the lime juice it becomes a more refreshing "pool-side" drink. Either way, the peach flavor really come through.
Ok, so I made it a third time (all in the name of science) and lightly muddled 1 fresh peach slice before shaking with ice, really liked that.
