Method

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with cacao powder or freshly ground nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Loved it. My changes were Mr. Black for the coffee liqueur, allspice garnish, and a secret sunken maraschino cherry at the bottom (with minimal syrup). Same ratios otherwise, big hit up here.

If you happen to have some whipped cream (homemade preferred) use that instead of the half-and-half for an absolutely fantastic dessert drink.
