Sour 43

Ingredients
40 ml	Licor 43 Original liqueur
10 ml	Passoã passion fruit liqueur
50 ml	Pineapple juice
15 ml	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml	Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
15 ml	Egg white
3 drops	Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
