Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Used SoCo 100. I think it is the better one of all the available Southern Comforts. Very citrus forward with a slight dark fruit and cinnamon at the end from the SoCo.
PS: Southern Comfort 100 is sneaky strong.

Much better than I expected, but less than distinctive. Used Svedka vodka. Great if you just want a cheap buzz. (15 Nov 2022, 12:30p)
