1/3 fl oz	Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
1/2 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
1 fl oz	Dry cider
1 fl oz	Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

Garnish: Skewered lime slice wheel & candied ginger (sail)

Method:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice. Open shaker and POUR cider and ginger beer into shaker. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Minor nitpick here, but I’m assuming it’s a “misprint” when you’re instructed to shake the first 3 ingredients and it should probably be the first 4 instead (i.e. the spirits, liqueur, lemon juice and syrup).
