1 1⁄2 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
1⁄2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
3⁄4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 fl oz Egg white
1 fl oz Orange Bitters by Angostura
