An agave spirit, spiced pear and honey sour. I've mixed opinions as to how well pear combines with agave spirits.

I to was sceptical of Agave and Pear together but not anymore. Having no Spiced Pear Liqueur I used Pear Brandy, Pear Liqueur, & Ancho Reyes to form that element. The Montelobos with the Tequila gives a nice level of smoke and Creosote. My Wife and I will definitely add this to the rotation.

The Old Money that we know and love is: 2oz Bourbon, 1/2oz Aperol, 3/4oz of walnut liqueur and a dash of Angostura Bitters. We mist it with allspice liqueur and express some orange peel. Perfect for a late night movie. Do you have this, or similar, under another name?

We don't yet have that version of Old Money by Benjamin Schiller, but I'll be sure to add it. However, I believe it is closer to 1/3oz walnut liqueur.
