Serve in a Shot & old fashioned glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
25 ml Monin Peach Syrup
30 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
0.9 ml Orange Bitters by Angostura
25 ml Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
