Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Altitude Alpine Dry Gin
15 ml Genepi des Peres Chartreux liqueur
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement
