How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients apart from soda, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda.

|1 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|Top up with||Soda from siphon|
