Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by Tim Homewood at Dirty Martini Bar in London, England. Named after an old family friend who passed away. He was known to all of his children as 'daddy bear' so Papa Bear seemed appropriate.
