1 oz | Krupnik spiced honey liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
Delicately spiced and honeyed cognac.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by Tim Homewood at Dirty Martini Bar in London, England. Named after an old family friend who passed away. He was known to all of his children as 'daddy bear' so Papa Bear seemed appropriate.
