Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
30 ml Macchu Pisco
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Merlet Crème de Poire William
0.9 ml Infuse Cassia Bark Bitters
7.5 ml Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
