Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Bourbon whiskey
30 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
30 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
