Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 1 oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
| 1 oz | Bols Blue Curaçao |
| 1 3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. If serving over cubed ice use this recipe: 1½ light white rum, ¾ blue curaçao, ¾ lime juice and ½ sugar syrup.
