Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
| 45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 22.5 ml | Acid adjusted orange juice |
| 30 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 2 dash | Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 15 ml | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 15 ml | Mint syrup (clear) |
