Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
22.5 ml Acid adjusted orange juice
30 ml Single cream/half-and-half
2 dash Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
15 ml Licor 43 Original liqueur
15 ml Mint syrup (clear)
