Glass:

Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
2 fl oz Claret wine (Bordeaux red)
1 12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
Top up with Boiling water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select a TODDY GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. POUR first 3 ingredients into warmed glass.
  2. TOP with boiling water.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
