Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 ¹⁄₂ oz	Bison grass vodka
¹⁄₄ oz	Giffard Parfait Amour liqueur

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

Not for the faint hearted - a great combination of grassy bison vodka with violet Parfait Amour.

Mine did not look anything like the picture, it was more of a faint mauve colour. It was, however, delicious and packed a punch.

Tried this with violette liquor from French hyper U, still works and at last found a good use for it. Would love to try it with proper Parfait Amour.
