| 10 fresh | Basil leaves |
| 1 1⁄4 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1 1⁄4 fl oz | Chinola Mango Liqueur |
| 3⁄4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of basil sprigs bouquet.
How to make:
- MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- Garnish with basil sprigs bouquet.
