Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Vanilla rum/vanilla-infused light rum
1 oz White Zinfandel rosé wine
1 14 oz Pineapple juice
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dried rose petals.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with rose petals floated on surface.

Review:

Fruity, very slightly sweet and suitably pink in colour. Best made with a light white rum infused with a vanilla pod, rather than a commercially produced vanilla-flavoured rum.
