How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) (infused with vanilla) |
1 fl oz | Mead |
1 1/4 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1 dash | Bob's Vanilla bitters |

Review:
Ripe pineapple, rich vanilla and honey laced with rum. The use of mead in this drink inspired the 'Mediocre' name.
