How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) (infused with vanilla)|
|1 fl oz||Mead|
|1 1/4 fl oz||Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)|
|1 dash||Bob's Vanilla bitters|

Ripe pineapple, rich vanilla and honey laced with rum. The use of mead in this drink inspired the 'Mediocre' name.
