Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Honey
20 ml Sauternes dessert wine
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
